For the Texas Instrument fab in Richardson, Texas, Prime Controls worked under three separate contracts – for the process system, the DI water system and LSS/TGCM systems.
Our tasks included the successful installation of Siemens PCS7 PLC-based Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for the central utilities plant, a de-ionized water plant and the Life Safety System (LSS). Services included: design; procurement; panel manufacturing; field engineering; programming; installation services; and start-up and commissioning.
