President

Responsible for all phases of Management and Operations. 30+ years experience in the Automation Industry including Project Management, System Design and Software Engineer responsibilities. Experience includes Semiconductor, Water & Wastewater, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics, Food and Beverage industries. Attended School of Electrical Engineering at Southern Methodist University.

Heather McNiel Davis
Business Development

Responsible for Business Development. 15+ Years experience in the Automation Industry including Accounting, Human Resource, and Sales & Marketing experience. Bachelor Degree at Texas Tech University. Experience includes Semiconductor, Water & Wastewater, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetics, Food & Beverage and Oil & Gas industries.

Jim McMillon
Vice President of Operations

Responsible for all phases of Operations Management. 20+ years experience in the Automation Industry. Completed Electronics, Radio Fundamentals, and Ground Radio Repairs courses while enlisted in the USMC. Previous roles include Project Management, Construction Management, and Technical Supervision in the following industries: Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, and Pharmaceutical.

Bill Bivens
Vice President of
Sales & Marketing

Responsible for Corporate Business Development initiatives, Sales Team and Proposal / Estimating Management, Key Account Sales, Key Project Pursuits, and Marketing. 24+ years in the Automation Industry with responsibilities including sales, business development, and corporate sales management and direction. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Experience include Oil & Gas, Semiconductor, Mission Critical Facilities, Textiles, Automotive, and Water/Waste Water.

Barrett Miller
Chief Financial Officer

Accountable for the day to day accounting and cash management operations of the company including cash flow, financial reporting, banking relationships, forecasting, risk management and internal controls. Earned a BBA in Management from Texas Tech University, an MBA from Sul Ross State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with financial and management experience in both the government and private sectors.
